Design & Construct is a project delivery system in which the design and construction services are contracted by a single entity known as the design–builder or design–build contractor. Design & Construct relies on a single point of responsibility contract and is used to minimize risks for the project owner and to reduce the delivery schedule by overlapping the design phase and construction phase of a project.

KPS Civil Contractors employ a team of inhouse designers including specialist shoring design engineers and geotechnical engineers with vast experience in pile and anchor design. We design and re-design using the latest shoring software. Our designs are all strictly tested and varified by our inhouse engineering team.
